Hello! I’m a licensed professional counselor who has more than 18 years of experience. I specialize in utilizing eclectic approaches centered on clients’ needs and specializing in connecting the brain and the body to make changes. I value clients' time and needs with an honest, straightforward approach that has served well with teenagers, high-conflict families, addictions, self-harming behaviors, and antisocial or other personality diagnoses. I focus on helping clients build their confidence to take back control of their emotional well-being with healthy boundaries and supportive relationships.
