My Approach to Helping
If you feel stuck in a pattern of conflict in your relationship and your fights never truly feel resolved, let’s try something new.
If you find yourself spiraling when you’re overwhelmed, and the voice in your head won’t stop criticizing you for it, we can discover how to show yourself more kindness and acceptance.
Whether it’s in your relationship with your partner or your relationship with yourself, maybe you’ve been experiencing more frustration and disconnect when all you want is to feel safe and secure again. We can find our way together toward authentic and fulfilling connection.
We can explore how various aspects of your identity (neurodivergence, LGBTQIA+, disability, religion, culture, ethnicity, etc) interact with your emotional and relational well-being. We can address experiences such as anxiety, depression, panic attacks, traumatic andor long-term grief, trauma, self-esteem, and relationship issues.
With couples and relationship units who are experiencing disconnect and distress, we can find ways for you to feel more heard and understood in your interactions. If you want to have the support to explore the vulnerable emotions around issues like hurtful communication, sexual intimacy, infidelity, balancing careers and relationshipsfamily, or the impact of the pandemic on your relationship, I encourage you to reach out proactively so we can co-create a space to tend to your relationship.
