Coming from a strengths-based orientation, I am trained in a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Attachment Theory, Internal Family Systems, Interpersonal Neurobiology, Couples Developmental Model, Mindfulness, CBTDBT strategies, Psychobiological Approach to Couples Therapy (PACT), and EMDR.
I believe the human mind, body, and spirit are interconnected and inclined toward growth and survival. This inherently makes us resilient beings!
