As a Cognitive Behavioral Therapist (CBT) with over 15 years of experience, I specialize in helping clients navigate anxiety, depression, and major life transitions. My private-pay practice is designed to offer focused, high-quality care, creating a personalized connection that allows us to work deeply together. Using proven CBT techniques, we’ll explore your story and find ways to cope, adjust, or reframe it, helping you move toward the goals you’ve set for yourself. My approach centers on creating lasting change, empowering you to move forward with confidence.
In addition to traditional CBT, I also offer Microcurrent Neurofeedback (MCN) as part of my practice. MCN is a gentle, non-invasive method that supports your brain’s natural balance, helping to reduce symptoms like anxiety, depression, PTSD, and sleep issues. While talk therapy addresses the cognitive and emotional aspects of your experience, MCN focuses on the brain’s electrical activity, offering an additional pathway to healing. They are separate services but can be combined into one 70 minute for an additional fee.
This combination of CBT and neurofeedback can be especially helpful for clients seeking faster progress or those who haven’t found full relief with conventional therapy. Whether used together or separately, both methods are designed to support your overall mental and emotional health.
