My Approach to Helping
Are you feeling anxious, overwhelmed, tired, physical discomfort, depressed, hopeless, sleep deprived, dissatisfied? Or possibly struggling with experiencing a loss, a life transition, feeling displaced? I have a strong background in working with individuals who seek assistance to restore calm in the body, learn to regulate emotions, understand manage thought patterns, and ultimately achieve balance and grounding.
