My Approach to Helping

Hello! My name is Esther Morales and I'm a dedicated and compassionate Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT) intern with a deep passion for helping individuals navigate through life's challenges and strengthen their relationships. I completed my Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Cal State San Bernardino University and went on to pursue my Master's degree in Marriage and Family therapy at National University. My academic and personal life has equipped me with the knowledge and skills necessary to provide effective therapeutic support to individuals, couples and families.

Throughout my academic journey I have gained valuable experience working with diverse populations in various clinical settings. My empathetic and non-judgmental approach allows my clients to feel heard, understood and supported as they work towards positive change and personal growth.
Primary focus is on creating a safe and nurturing environment where clients can explore their thoughts, feelings and behaviors openly to develop healthy coping mechanisms, improve communication skills and build stronger, more fulfilling relationships with their loved ones.
