My Approach to Helping
My name is Fabiola Brink-Kluczek and I have been doing therapy for the past eleven years. I have experience in individual, group, and family therapy and utilize trauma-focused, evidence-based practices including a solution-focused approach that integrates aspects of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and motivational interviewing. I have an extensive background working with children, adolescents, and adults who have experienced complex trauma, abuse, and neglect. I have experience working with various social systems and crisis response centers and providing therapy for clients in acute mental health crises. I have a Master's of Social Work with a concentration in children, youth, and families and a Master's of Arts in Criminal Justice. I am bilingual in Spanish and English. I am passionate about breaking down mental health stigma, promoting self-awareness, enhancing one's personal strengths, and improving overall emotional well-being. I encourage my clients to explore and utilize their own natural strengths to reach their full potential through skills, support, and guidance.
