My Approach to Helping
I believe that everyone can flourish when provided with the proper support and tools. My practice is founded on the principles of empathy, respect, and collaboration. By focusing on self-compassion and personal growth, I aim to empower clients to overcome obstacles and build a brighter, more fulfilling future. I specialize in addressing a wide range of issues, including anxiety, depression, relational conflicts, couples issues, self-esteem, overeating, gambling, time management, school-related concerns, immigration issues, and more. I provide sessions in English and Spanish.
The most common modalities I work with are cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused brief therapy, and person-centered approach. These modalities and their interventions have been incredibly helpful in supporting my clients in discovering new possibilities that alleviate their symptoms of distress.
