My Approach to Helping
I help people achieve greater insight into their lives. I cultivate an environment in which we can find more options that can lead to new and diverse patterns and experiences. In my approach to helping, we work together to identify old coping mechanisms which are no longer serving you well. I strive to establish a space in which we can safely evaluate which dynamics are working for you in your life, and how to let go of old defenses and patterns, which might be harmful.

How Psychotherapy Can Help
Therapy can be a remarkable process in which we collaboratively co-create an environment in which we challenge our way of being in the world. The therapy I practice affords us a space in which you can safely reevaluate the dynamics in your life. Often we can realize that some of our ways of being in the world are born out of destructive patterns that you formed early in your life. Through our work together, you will be able to challenge those patterns and find new, and often, freeing options.
