I’m a therapist, a proud mom to my 1.5-year-old daughter, and a dog mom to my playful three-year-old mini Goldendoodle. With over 16 years of experience, I’m passionate about creating a safe, compassionate space where clients can explore their challenges and discover their strengths. I specialize in supporting individuals through anxiety, depression, stress, and life transitions while fostering stronger relationships and self-confidence.
I bring a holistic approach to therapy, incorporating evidence-based techniques like CBT and mindfulness, alongside practices such as yoga, EFT, and Reiki. I value inclusivity, empathy, and collaboration, meeting clients where they are and honoring their unique journeys.
Outside of therapy, I’m committed to mental health advocacy and supporting causes that promote women’s empowerment, family wellness, and community connection. I’m here to walk alongside you as we work toward clarity, resilience, and a fulfilling life.
