My Approach to Helping

If you’re reading this, you might be feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, or like you're carrying the weight of the world on your shoulders. Maybe you've been trying to keep everything together—pushing through anxiety, past trauma, or the stress of balancing work, relationships, and family—while silently wondering, When do I get to just breathe?

I see you. I know how hard it is to show up for everyone else while feeling like no one sees what you’re carrying. And I want you to know—you don’t have to do this alone.

I’m Fightress Aaron, a licensed professional counselor, and my passion is helping women like you find relief, healing, and a sense of peace within themselves. My approach to therapy is warm, compassionate, and deeply affirming. We’ll move at your pace, creating a safe space where you can process your emotions, let go of what no longer serves you, and step into the version of yourself that feels whole.

Using trauma-informed techniques like EMDR and Brainspotting, alongside traditional talk therapy, I’ll help you not just cope, but truly heal—unraveling the patterns that keep you stuck and giving you practical tools to feel more grounded, empowered, and at ease.

You deserve support. You deserve healing. You deserve to take up space and be heard. If you're ready, I'm here to walk this journey with you. Let’s take this step together.
