My Approach to Helping
Looking for a therapist can feel daunting and overwhelming, especially when you're feeling stuck, desperate, or confused. I'm happy you've landed on my profile. Allow me to be a partner in your healing journey. Together we'll explore what brings you into therapy. We'll examine your current and past relationships and how those have influenced your beliefs about yourself. We'll build a new relationship together based in safety and trust. Throughout our work, I will share with you not only my observations, but my feelings and experiences of what you're saying. We'll identify and process your emotions in real time, and we'll connect to your physical body to understand how those emotions are showing up for you physically. Throughout this process, you will learn. to be kinder and more compassionate to yourself, experience that care and compassion from me, and above all, address the feelings that led you to therapy in the first place.
