My Approach to Helping

Are you looking to strengthen your relationship and improve communication? Would you like support in navigating interpersonal challenges and conflict with greater ease? Whether you are in a committed relationship and experiencing difficulties, breaking up, navigating a new relationship - or want to be in a relationship and don't know where to start - There is hope. I'm here to help you with the skills and tools necessary to create more satisfying relationships.

Relationship challenges can leave us feeling lost, confused, and disconnected. I’m here to not only listen and support you, but also to encourage you in making shifts to your relationships that have a real and lasting impact. I’m deeply aware of how difficult it can feel to reach out for support. I offer honest dialogue, a wide range of experience, tangible tools, and a path forward. Together we will shift disruptive patterns into balance, clarity, and fulfillment.

Using research-based approaches such as The Gottman Method, Emotionally-Focused Therapy, and Attachment Theory, we will help you to:

Improve communication skills
Ease confusion
Make meaningful changes in your relationships
Bring back joy & intimacy
Create a new dynamic in your relationships
Develop a greater appreciation for relationship differences and how they can add value to your life
Explore what brings your life meaning and purpose.

Although many of my clients are romantic couples, I also work with any type of relationship, like family members, coworkers, friends, or individuals with relational concerns.

More Info About My Practice

I'm available for in-person sessions (at our SE office) and Telehealth. If you have any questions or would like to meet, I offer FREE Consultations (just click on the website link below my picture). This is a chance for us both to get a clearer picture of what you might be seeking, answer questions, and to see if we are a match. Let's support your growth and help you navigate both your strengths and your difficulties. I look forward to meeting you.
