My Approach to Helping
I am passionate about helping adults and adolescents deal with a variety of issues including anxiety, anger, depression, low self-esteem, perfectionism, people-pleasing, emotion regulation, and other life challenges. I also have a special interest in helping individuals with ADHD who are struggling with shame, self-criticism, rejection sensitivity dysphoria (RSD), and a harsh inner critic.
My approach to therapy is responsive to each client's individual needs. I will serve as a guide to explore your inner world and help you build a greater understanding of the different aspects of your personal experience. With an emphasis on building a strong therapeutic relationship and helping you change your relationship with yourself, my overall goal is that you leave each session feeling supported, understood, and most importantly with confidence that you are taking steps towards improved well-being, inner clarity, and valued living.
I provide a safe, compassionate, and warm space where you can be free to explore your emotions and build a more positive relationship with yourself. I also aim to provide you with practical skills and tools to start seeing change and improvement in your life today.
