My Approach to Helping
I am a licensed therapist as well as a certified rehabilitation counselor with nine years of experience. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, motivation, self-esteem, and confidence. I specialize in working with young adults and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, decreased self-confidence, inattention and ADHD, life transitions, disabilities, career concerns, poor health habits, stress, and much more.
