Important Factors for Choosing a Therapist
As a client, it is important that you feel safe, and that the therapist is accepting you as a whole, rather than being judgmental. Having the chance to interview the therapist, and address questions and concerns, can be a valuable tool to help you feel comfortable with the therapist, while giving you a chance to build a healthy foundation for a successful therapeutic relationship.
