My Approach to Helping
Hey! My name is Garika, and I'm a licensed professional therapist out of Virginia, and I am also licensed in Indiana. I spent the first 7 years post-grad working in a residential facility with adolescents and the last 2 years providing care through telehealth therapy to people from many walks of life. Over the years, I have worked with various diagnoses including depression, anxiety, ADHD, severe trauma, PTSD, dual diagnosis, and personality disorders, along with areas like family issues and griefloss.
