I take an integrative, flexible approach, tailoring therapy to your needs with evidence-based modalities, including cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT), eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), self-regulation therapy (SRT), somatic experiencing, and mindfulness practices.
