My Approach to Helping
I believe growth and transformation often emerge from life's difficulties. The meaning we place on those experiences is of utmost importance. Through a collaborative approach, I integrate various therapeutic modalities such as existential, Internal Family Systems, Gestalt, humanistic, mindfulness-based, and narrative. I empower adolescents and young adults to discover their inherent strengths and navigate emotional, cognitive, and behavioral struggles. Whether you're looking to address attention-deficit hyperactivity (ADHD), anxiety, depression, family conflict, grief, men's issues, relationship issues, or sports performance, I am here to support you on that journey.
My approach is relaxed, based in mindfulness, yet direct. Facilitating an experience of validation, clarity, and catharsis always remains my intention. I feel privileged in this role to support and guide my clients toward their goals and desire for change. The majority of my practice is in-person, with an online HIPAA-compliant platform as a second option.
