I am a compassionate and experienced mental health therapist who believes in providing a safe and supportive environment for clients to explore their emotions, thoughts, and experiences. I will work with you to make positive changes in your life and help you to develop effective coping strategies to deal with the challenges you are facing.
I am a Clinical Mental Health Counselor who has extensive experience working with clients of all ages. I have a strong background in addressing a range of mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, body image, relationship struggles, and self-confidence.
I know that starting therapy can seem like a stressful and daunting task. I believe in making every effort to ensure that my clients feel heard and supported, while moving towards healing and reaching their full potential. I have some evening and Saturday hours available.
