My Approach to Helping

Working with me is about embarking on a journey of self-discovery and healing in a space rooted in empathy and authenticity. I became a therapist out of a passion for helping others navigate struggles and find peace. Together, we’ll explore your experiences and align your actions with your core values, creating lasting, meaningful change. I’m here to listen without judgment, support you through challenges, and celebrate your progress at every step. My goal is to help you connect deeply with yourself and lead a more fulfilling, balanced life.

More Info About My Practice

A key part of my activism is my support for the Palestinian people in their fight for justice and self-determination. As a Jewish individual raised in a Zionist environment, I have transitioned to a Jewish anti-Zionist stance, a deeply personal journey shaped by my reflections on justice. I now engage in dialogue to challenge and reshape narratives around Zionism and its impact on Palestinian lives. Beyond this, my activism extends to immigration justice, mutual aid, and community building. I believe in the power of mutual aid to uplift marginalized communities and create long-term systemic change. My commitment to inclusivity drives my work in fostering dialogue, supporting local organizations, and contributing to social justice initiatives. My goal is to help build a world where all individuals are treated with dignity and respect.
