I specialize in supporting women who are in their 30’s and wiser who have invested in personal development and therapy, and are ready to go DEEP to actualize their highest potential because they want more joy, fulfillment, health & well-being and deep purpose in their life, but struggle with unresolved attachment wounds, anxiety, depression, trauma (including developmental trauma, complex cumulative trauma and PTSD), boundaries, shame, perfectionism, unworthiness, imposter syndrome, creative blocks, pelvic pain (women), sexuality, pleasure and embodiment challenges.

I also draw upon over 25 years of professional experience as a Licensed Massage Therapist, Certified Professional Coach, Holistic Pelvic Care™ therapist, Integrated Health Practitioner, Energy Healer, Spiritual Channel & Medium, teacher and mentor, as well as Taoist & Tantric embodiment practices, breath work, sounding, journaling, Aroma Point Therapy using essential oils, flower essences, EFT Tapping, and numerous other holistic “whole-making” modalities.
