Specializing in helping clients struggling with self-criticism and people-pleasing, I'm passionate about helping you embrace self-compassion, set healthy boundaries, and rediscover your worth.
I take an individualized approach, weaving together a tapestry of therapeutic techniques to meet you where you are on your path. Drawing from Internal Family Systems (IFS), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), mindfulness practices, and psychodynamic theories, my goal is to create a tailored therapeutic experience that resonates with your unique needs.
At the heart of my practice is a trauma-informed and culturally sensitive approach. I understand that your journey is as unique as you are, and I am dedicated to fostering a safe and inclusive space where we can explore and grow together.
I offer virtual sessions across Ontario and in-person sessions in Toronto. Together, we can work towards fostering positive change, enhancing your well-being, and empowering you to navigate life with greater ease.
