My Approach to Helping

My first priority is to create a safe environment for my client. I take a collaborative approach in working towards empowerment for the obstacles that are creating issues in your life. The marriage between providing empathy and challenging your thought process is something that I firmly believe allows us to explore the underlying root causes.

Everyone handles life's challenges differently with different levels of support. All it takes is one supportive person in your life to be the catalyst for change. I can be that support.

More Info About My Practice

Resilient Futures Counseling is a woman-owned private practice in Northern Virginia. I see clients struggling to motivate themselves, constantly feeling overwhelmed, and often feeling inadequate.

My Role as a Therapist

My role as a therapist is to provide you with support and tools to ensure long lasting changes that empower you to continue your growth process.
