My Approach to Helping
Do you struggle with a loss of a sense of self that affects your day-to-day life, ability to function, or relationships? Do you feel exhausted or overwhelmed by simply getting through the day or trying to live up to the standards you or others have set for yourself? Do you wonder if life should somehow feel better, less stressful, or happier? Now more than ever, women are anxious and overwhelmed about finding their place in life, meeting demanding standards, creating fulfilling relationships, and living out personal values. We believe that it shouldn’t be so hard to build and live a life full of purpose, connection, and happiness.
