My Approach to Helping
Harmony specializes in relationship counseling, divorce and separation, family conflict, and counseling for individuals. Harmony is passionate about helping clients; she values compassion and understanding and also believes in taking a straight forward and direct approach, maximizing the potential for change and healing. She understands the dynamics of relationships and how stressful they can be. Harmony has been in the counseling profession for over 15 years, married for 19 years, and has experienced divorce and raising kids. Life experience (in and out of the office) has given her the understanding on how to make it work!

Harmony's practice is located at George Bush and Central Expressway, on the 5th floor at City Central. Come hang out in the spacious and modern-industrial style waiting room and grab a coffee, tea and water. With ample and easy parking and some great nearby restaurants, getting to therapy couldn't be easier! She offers a full hour session for $150. Mental health should be affordable! Don't let what your insurance company may or may not provide limit your opportunity to seek help! Your mental and emotional health, as well as your marriage and relationships, are too important not to invest in.
