My Approach to Helping
I am passionate about working with women of all ages and walks of life who are on a journey to grow self-love and a positive self-image and are looking to change self-talk from negative to positive. It is my pleasure to assist women struggling with anxiety and/or depression to increase their mood by changing self-talk, examine negative core beliefs, unravel dysfunctional behavior patterns, and provide tools to meet their life goals.
My specialty is creating a space void of judgment where I collaborate with my client and begin to dissect the presenting problem. Together we will explore the possible reasons behind what is happening, and then we can begin working towards breaking behavior and thought patterns that are not useful.
I believe that seeking help with life challenges takes courage and is an act of self-love. I strive to create a space where my clients feel safe, respected, and comfortable and are able to experience therapy as positive and helpful.
