My Approach to Helping
Hello! My name is Heather, I am one of the therapists here at Sondermind. Life can be so hard sometimes. Things happen that are unexpected, and we are left searching for answers or trying to cope. Many people feel they have to go through this alone or don't know how to reach out for help. I would love to help you with any issues you may be struggling with. I specialize in trauma, depression, anxiety, and a wide range of mental health issues. I have been a therapist for over 10 years. I speak English and Spanish. I have experience with adults, adolescents, and children who have a wide range of needs. I want this process to work for you. As your therapist, you and I are a team.
