My Approach to Helping

My number one goal is to provide a safe and judgement-free place for you to work on the things that bring you into counseling. I believe that all of us find ourselves in need of counseling from time to time. Whether you have concerns about your individual life, couple life, or family life, I would love to be a part of your progress and your journey. Counseling is much more than a job to me, it is an honor and privilege. I look forward to meeting with you.

What I Love about Being a Psychotherapist

I love seeing the progress that people make in counseling. Sometimes it is quick and other times it is slow but I am more concerned with quality than quantity. I can remember being in counseling myself and therefore I get a lot of personal satisfaction out of helping others. This is my way to pay it forward.

What I Say to People Concerned about the Therapy Process

Therapy doesn't have to be scary! Many of my clients have admitted to being nervous the first time they came in but they were soon able to relax and just be themselves. While it is completely normal to be nervous, I hope you will give counseling a try. Many people find it to be a very enlightening and rewarding experience. Maybe it's time to do something for yourself?
