It is my focus is to help individuals heal, energize, and become aware of their inner strengths and abilities. This is achieved by providing a neutral safe space to talk. It is my promise to be there for you every step of your journey. The overall goal is to help you grow from your struggles, heal from your pain, and move forward toward finding your own strength and balance. My therapeutic approach is to provide encouragement, support, compassion and understanding along with Person Centered Therapy, Holistic & Integrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Mindfulness Based Therapy.
