My Approach to Helping
If you're feeling "stuck" in some area of your life - perhaps a relationship, your career, or your own personal struggles with anxiety, depression, anger, or jealousy - then you may benefit from a more active, collaborative form of therapy.
I am the co-owner of Integrity Psychological Services. We are a dynamic group psychology practice of 17 licensed and experienced practitioners that focuses on active problem resolution - we will not just nod our heads at you while you speak! Instead, we focus on actively providing you with the tools and techniques that help you to achieve your goals. We utilize the following research-based approaches in our practice: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure with Response Prevention (EXRP) for the treatment of panic disorders, phobias, and other anxiety, EMDR for the treatment of trauma & loss, and mindfulness techniques and the principles of positive psychology which are based on the "science of happiness."

How Psychotherapy Can Help
Therapy is a means of exploring unhelpful thoughts and behaviors that are holding you back from living your life in the way that you would like to be living it. By examining what you tell yourself about certain situations, you can learn to harness your thoughts in a way that powerfully strengthens, rather than detracts from the quality of your life.
