I specialize in working with individuals and couples facing relationship struggles, family dynamic issues, anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, trauma, chronic illness, and intimacy-related concerns. As a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, I also integrate trauma-informed care for those healing from past wounds.
