My Approach to Helping
I am bilingual and offer services in both English and Spanish. I would be honored to hear your story and help you navigate through the challenges that are affecting you. I take care to build a safe and welcoming environment that can facilitate change in your life. I am committed to providing empathy and genuine positive regard for you and working collaboratively toward goals to help you thrive. I work to meet you where you are and tailor interventions to meet your needs and preferences. I offer individual, family, and couples counseling.
I use a combination of evidence-based approaches such as CBT, Family Systems, Solution-Focused, Expressive Arts, and Gottman Methods. I have worked with clients from ages 7 to 75 years old affected by anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, ADHD, mood disorders, grief and loss, marital conflicts, and other life transitions.
