My Approach to Helping
I am a licensed clinical social worker. I am a first-generation immigrant American and a mother of three little girls. I enjoy long-distance running, being outdoors, and hiking. I have worked in behavioral health for over 12 years in various levels of care and with different needs, including depression, anxiety, substance use, and psychosis. I enjoy helping people set goals and discover ways to achieve them. I strive to help empower people to be more in tune with themselves and change negative thought patterns in order to live a more balanced, productive, and fulfilling life. I am available for in-person and video sessions.
