My Approach to Helping

Life’s challenges can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to face them alone. I specialize in helping individuals and families navigate struggles with clarity, compassion, and practical strategies. Growing up in a Russia, Polish, Italian household with Jewish and Catholic influences, I understand the complexities of balancing traditions, expectations, and identities. My approach honors your unique background while helping you find strength and solutions. With years of experience as a school counselor, I create goal-oriented plans to help manage emotional struggles, relationships, and life transitions.

My passion is to help people face life’s complexities with compassion and care. Together, we’ll create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can break old patterns, explore new perspectives, and move forward with confidence and purpose. I use a supportive, solution-focused approach to help you gain tools and build resilience to meet your goals.

Let’s start with a free 15-minute consultation to explore how I can support you. Whether you’re navigating transitions, trauma, or everyday challenges, I’m here to help. Together, we’ll work to create clarity, build resilience, and develop a personalized plan so you can move forward with greater confidence and purpose.

More Info About My Practice

I am committed to advocating for mental health awareness and reducing the stigma around seeking help, believing that mental wellness is a fundamental right for everyone. I’m passionate about social justice and inclusivity, striving to provide culturally responsive care to clients from all backgrounds. I actively support causes related to mental health access, education equity, and community-building efforts, working toward a more compassionate and just world.

I believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to heal and grow, and I aim to create a safe, supportive environment where clients feel valued and understood. My hope is that by fostering open conversations about mental health and advocating for systemic change, we can create a society that prioritizes emotional well-being and empowers individuals to seek the support they need. Together, we can challenge the stigma surrounding mental health and promote a culture of understanding, acceptance, and resilience.
