My Approach to Helping
Dr. Holmes has been a Licensed Professional Counselor for over 20 years and has also had the privilege of having been a full-time Assistant Professor of the Counselor Supervision and Education Program at a few wonderful universities. She started her professional career working with children and families and has always been committed to supporting all people in whatever stage of development and process they are experiencing. Dr. Holmes believes everyone can benefit from the counseling space and that the more we know about ourselves, the better equipped we can become to make positive changes that will have long-term benefit for ourselves and those closest to us. She offers a safe and nonjudgmental environment to process life’s challenges and looks forward to meeting people where they are.
