I specialize in trauma-focused therapy, helping people understand and heal from patterns rooted in childhood experiences, family relationships, andor significant life events. Using internal family systems (IFS), cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), and mindfulness-based approaches, I’ll guide you in exploring how these experiences shape your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors today.
