Let’s talk healing! I am a person-centered, solution focused therapist. What that means is that my relationship with clients is focused on compassion, empathy, respect, trust and being real, there is no judgement here. I make counseling open and as easy as possible by creating a safe space for healing and growth that offers confidentiality, and room to gain insight and awareness. Therapy work may be tough but talking to your therapist should never be difficult or awkward.
I am bilingual EnglishSpanish and work with adults. I specialize in mood disorders including depression, anxiety, bipolar. Also work with grief, childhood trauma and women's concerns. I use a variety of approaches depending on the client and their needs. What is important to me is ensuring that you feel heard and that we work on what is meaningful to you.
