My Approach to Helping
Do you struggle with depression or anxiety? Is it hard for you to regulate your emotions? Are you experiencing difficulties with executive functions such as planning, organization, and concentration? If you answered yes to any of these questions, I am here to help. My main reason for being a mental health provider is my love for encouraging, listening to, and empowering others. I use a strengths-based approach and will support you in rewriting a narrative for your life full of hope. Please know that it will be my privilege to accompany you for a bit of your life journey and that I want to be a support and resource for you. Although I believe that every client deserves a customized approach, my strongest therapeutic modalities are cognitive behavioral, solution-focused, and narrative. My training in Structural Family Therapy gives me additional tools to support you. I provide individual therapy for teens (13-19) and adults on the SonderMind online platform.
