I provide a caring, supportive, and non-judgmental space for adults to overcome life’s challenges. I help individuals cultivate self-acceptance, inner peace, self-awareness, and increase happiness. I implement healthy coping tools to manage your feelings and enhance wellness. You can expect a warm, compassionate, and collaborative environment during your therapy sessions.
My approach incorporates cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing and mindfulness practices to address depression, anxiety, stress, self-esteem issues and relationship conflicts.
I am a bilingual (EnglishSpanish) licensed clinical social worker in North Carolina with over 16 years of experience. Through our journey and collaboration, you will: Improve self-compassion and understanding, enhance relationships and communication skills, develop greater self-love, create healthy boundaries with yourself and others, Cope with intense feelings, Better communicate your wants and needs.
