My Approach to Helping
Whether this is your first time in therapy or you've been to therapy before, finding the right fit should be your most important goal.
I work to help you feel safe and relaxed as we work to address your concerns. To fully address those concerns, you must feel safe expressing yourself honestly and fully in our sessions. That can be tough, but you'll never be alone. I'll help you heal and move forward by offering you empathy, acceptance, compassion, and maybe a little laughter.
Depending on what you want to resolve, I'll formulate a treatment plan tailored to your needs.
When you visit my office, you will be greeted by my canine assistant, Lucy. Lucy is a ten year old golden retriever. She has an innate ability to welcome you and to provide a comforting presence during our sessions.
I help clients with depression, relationship, issues, PTSD, anxiety, and many other concerns using EMDR, among other approaches.
I want to help you lead a healthier, happier life. I'm ready to work on this. Are you?
