You’ve worked hard to keep it all in, but lately, it feels heavier—like you can’t keep carrying it alone. Maybe you’ve tried therapy before, but it didn’t quite fit. My approach is grounded, compassionate, and evidence-based. I work with people experiencing anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues , multi-substance use, eating disorders, high-achieving perfectionism, relationship issues, trauma, and PTSD. Together, we’ll explore what’s been weighing on you—so you can move forward feeling more whole, connected, and free.
