My Approach to Helping
My name is JacQue’ Timberlake, but I prefer to be called Jay. I earned my bachelor’s degree from Pittsburg State University in 2015 and my master’s in Counseling Psychology from Webster University in 2019. Currently, I am pursuing a doctorate in Forensic Psychology at Walden University. With a strong passion for understanding human behavior, I aim to bridge the gap between psychology and the justice system, contributing to meaningful change in the field.
In 2011, I began counseling clients of all ages. Over the years, I have gained diverse experience in private practices, inpatient psychiatric hospitals, correctional facilities, and outpatient settings. These roles have allowed me to skillfully provide counseling services to a wide range of populations and adapting to their unique needs.
I strive to create an empathetic, supportive, and non-judgmental space for my clients. I specialize in helping individuals navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health challenges. My goal is to empower you, your children, and adolescents to foster positive change, set meaningful goals, and achieve lasting success in their lives.
