My Approach to Helping
I specialize in dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), trauma attachment, grief and loss, body image and self-esteem, LGBTQ+ and gender-affirming care, and mood and personality diagnoses. I believe that people can change by meeting them where they are in their own mental health journey. It is important to me that people feel accepted and safe as their authentic selves while working with me.
