My Approach to Helping
Do you feel like you are not living your life as the best version of yourself? Maybe you are unfulfilled, anxious, having feelings of depression, or struggling with relationship issues. I will use my insight and compassion to meet you where you are and then help you progress toward where you want to be. My focus is helping people with issues such as depression and anxiety. I also specialize in marital and relationship issues. If you're feeling stuck, I can help you gain insight and discover ways to cope and release what is keeping you from where you want to be. I became a mental health therapist because I sincerely care about people. I will help you become hopeful, learn to cope, and find solutions to what you are struggling with. I believe a holistic approach works best. I describe myself as an unbiased, empathetic, and effective therapist. I provide person-centered, solution-focused, and cognitive therapy to help you reach your goals.
