My Approach to Helping
Both online and in person, I create a safe and confidential environment so that you feel you can open up and share your deepest feelings and concerns. I listen carefully, attentively, and actively so that you feel heard. I ask questions to get to the root of problems. I always give feedback and make suggestions to improve the situation. Even after our sessions are over, I will send you worksheets and other materials that I think may be helpful to you. My goal is to help you find the answers you need to live a happier, more fulfilling, peaceful, and meaningful life.
