My Approach to Helping
I enjoy working with teenagers, adults, couples, and families. I have experience working with a variety of mental health needs from anxiety and depression to anger and behavioral issues to trauma. Some of the needs of my clients include marital issues, life adjustments, desire to achieve greater insight into mental health, development of coping skills, and assisting in healthy communication.
I have experience working with families, groups, and individuals. I offer an eclectic approach to therapy. I utilize a variety of theories and treatment methods, including cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused, person-centered, and family systems. I aim to provide a comfortable, safe, and accepting environment for you.
I really enjoy providing counseling. It is an honor to be a part of my client's journey. One of my goals in providing therapy is to normalize discussing mental health issues. I believe anyone can benefit from therapy. I enjoy helping my clients establish their goals and work towards achieving the life they imagined.
