My Approach to Helping

I love helping people thrive in life. A big part of what gets in the way is trauma, current as well as past trauma, including childhood trauma. My goal is to help you build a new internal voice that tells you how amazingly awesome you are. I want to help you feel loved, seen and wanted, here and now. I use a variety of techniques based on who shows up in my practice. I work intuitively with years of experience and education to back that up. I believe each person shows up knowing deep inside them what they need and my job is to help them access that. Give me a call and let's see if we are a good fit.

More Info About My Practice

My work is based on current brain research on how trauma sits in our bodies and minds and how to move that trauma out in the easiest and least painful way. My clients feel seen, loved and known on a deep level. I work with individuals online and can help you find your way to thriving. I use a variety of techniques including Somatic Transformation, Internal Family Systems, Voice Dialogue, Gestalt, attachment theory, etc.

What I Love about Being a Psychotherapist

I am touched by the courage of clients who bring me their vulnerable parts, trusting me to see them, love them and help them begin to thrive. I deeply care about each person who shows up and expands my heart a bit more.

Why Going to Therapy Does Not Mean You are Weak or Flawed

The strongest people I know are those that have been through a very difficult struggle and come out the other side, wiser, more compassionate and living their lives fully. It takes great inner strength to be vulnerable, to admit when you can't fix something yourself, to dive deep into your heart and soul. I have great respect for each and every one of my clients.
