I am a mom of two littles who knows firsthand the joys of motherhood and the incredible challenges that come with the transition to parenthood. I offer a safe, non-judgmental space to process and help clients heal and normalize the less-than-glamorous side of motherhood and the importance of reaching out for help and support during this season of life. My therapeutic approach blends Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and trauma-informed care to support emotional well-being during this critical time in your life.

I am a licensed clinical social worker in DC, Maryland & Virginia and a certified Perinatal Mental Health Clinician (PMH-C). I earned my Master of Social Work from the University of Maryland, Baltimore in 2018.
