Hello and thank you for visiting my page! My areas of specialty include anxiety disorders, post-traumatic stress and growth, life transitions, couples and pre-marital therapy, women’s issues, family systems, generational trauma, career and lifestyle issues, and personal as well as professional identity crises. My experience has included extensive training in evidence-based and trauma-informed practices including Trauma-focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and Family Systems approaches and techniques.
I am passionate about the mind-body-spirit connection and utilize a wellness-based model that is holistic in nature. I incorporate reflective exercises, mindfulness approaches and guided visualization techniques to assist my clients in learning to tune into and trust their own truth and intuition and heal unresolved emotional wounds.
